Floating offshore wind market leader Principle Power launches new website as the next phase of its rebranding.
Principle Power is thrilled to unveil its new website at www.principlepower.com, which follows the company’s rebranding last summer and offers a platform for the company’s further strategic development and growth.
The website features comprehensive information on Principle Power and the WindFloat® technology and is illustrated with exclusive photos and videos from our projects. It makes use of modern digital features to deliver a fully optimized and secure experience to all users, regardless of the device used. The intuitive navigation makes it easy to keep up with the companies' worldwide projects and activities.
“The rebranding of Principle Power is critical to the future growth of our business,” commented Aaron Smith, Chief Commercial Officer. “I am very pleased that we are able to share our new website. In a world where information is available instantaneously, it is more important than ever to showcase our unique capabilities to the industry and stakeholders globally through a strong digital presence. I want to extend a very special thanks to our team members that made this possible, and to How&How, our digital design agency”.

Floating offshore wind industry offers the next frontier in renewable energy, bringing forward a large-scale, near-baseload source of affordable power that can be located out-of-sight of major coastal population centers. The floating wind sector is scaling rapidly in a bid to meet ambitious deployment targets, regarded as essential to mitigate the significant impacts of climate change.
Principle Power was founded in 2007 on the belief that competitive floating offshore wind technology is necessary to unlock the massive deep water renewable energy potential of the ocean. The WindFloat® is fully proven and a market-leading 75 MW of capacity is operating in Portugal and Scotland. Principle Power is supporting its customers with a multi-GW pipeline in Europe, Asia, and the United States, with the first large-scale projects are expected to enter service in the middle of the decade.
Marco Wiedijk, VP of Business Development, added: “The launch of the new website will help customers understand our capabilities, brought about by our consolidated approach to engineering and project delivery. As customers are looking to enter new offshore wind markets, we are keen to promote our unique understanding and experience. Additionally, we hope that the knowledge base provides industry stakeholders with perspectives that can inform the development of robust, sustainable floating wind markets worldwide”.
Principle Power invites everyone to visit its website: take a moment to explore the company's story, get acquainted with our team, understand the WindFloat® advantage, browse our projects' map, get familiar with our services offerings, check open positions for a new career path, and subscribe to the newsletter to stay updated.
